К Here we simply give each field in our data file a name, specify it's type,   К
К it's length, and if it is numeric how many digits are to the right of the    К
К decimal point.                                                               К

К If you make a mistake, you can correct it by using the arrow keys to         К
К position the cursor over the field in error and re-entering it.              К
К                                                                              К
К The INS and DEL keys will allow you to insert and delete entire fields.      К
К                                                                              К
К When you are through just press ESC and    The ASCII Reporter    will save   К
К your file definition in the file you specified on the Globals Screen.        К
